Optmum library not found

Hi, I have installed the optmt.lcg library but still I get this error message from GAUSS:

Library not found 'C:\gauss16\optmum.lcg'

It seems it cannot find this library.

Can you help me with this? Maybe I saved the library to the wrong place?

OPTMT is a newer optimization package which is different than Optmum. You need to install the Optmum library, which should be in a package with the name app_op_3.1_WIN.zip.
