I am unable to install this ... I received the license email with the key codes ... but can't save or open the zip files... to complete the installation

The process to install GAUSS is as follows:
1. Download the GAUSS 16 for Mac64 zip file from your Aptech Download Account. Ensure that the file has completely downloaded. It should be about 149-150 MB in size.
2. Select the zip file and extract the installer file (GAUSS_16.pkg).
3. Double-click on the installer file and follow the instructions for installation and set-up.
Typically, requesting your license file is the last step of installation. Since you have your license file, please save it in your /Users/Yourname/gauss16/ folder. Then start GAUSS by clicking your GAUSS 16 desktop icon.
If you are unable start up GAUSS, please submit a Support Ticket with a screen shot of any error messages you receive: /support/submit-support-ticket/
