vwr.exe does not work

Hi! I have this problem https://aptech.com/questions/gauss-graph/ as I asked earlier. Since I cannot add something to the initial question I need to create a new question. sorry about it. Is there a way to repair vwr.exe? Can somehow window 10 may have caused vwr.exe not to work properly? I have older versions of Gauss too and for none of them I can  open vwr.exe by double clicking. My codes run without any problem on my desktop.
