error G02090 Library not found with new installation

Question

I just upgraded my GAUSS version and when I try to run one of my programs it gives me the error G0290 "Library not found". This program ran on my previous version, what is my problem?

If you get this error with a new GAUSS installation, it is most likely that you need to install the GAUSS application or library (optmum, comt, tsmt, etc). Once you install the application to your GAUSSHOME directory for your current version, it should run as before.
