the argument list contains

   rho12, rho23, rho31
   
and it should be

   rho21, rho31, rho32   
   
Additionally, there's a list on that page in the
Remarks section

  -1 < rho12 < 1
  -1 < rho23 < 1
  -1 < rho31 < 1
  
that should be changed to     

  -1 < rho21 < 1
  -1 < rho31 < 1
  -1 < rho32 < 1
